Instructions for use:

1) The OZAGauge comes with blank monitoring forms.
2) Determine where you wish to use the OZAGauge.
3) Remove the OZAGauge from its packaging.
4) Use a combination of Epoxy and screws to mount both sides of the OZAGauge to the wall.
5) Ensure that the red cross-hairs line up properly at center (0x, 0y axis). A small piece of tape has been applied to the top and bottom of the OZAGauge to help keep the cross-hairs aligned. Once the OZAGauge is mounted, cut this tape to allow both sides of the gauge to move freely.
